This was great! Entire family loved it! I added some roasted tomatoes and green chili’s. Will definitely add this to our rotation. 💜

My family loved this recipe, including my picky child. Any recipes I make that he likes makes me a happy mama

So glad to hear that your family enjoyed the cheesy taco pasta! When it comes to doubling the recipe, yes, you’ll typically want to double all the ingredients to ensure the flavor and consistency remain the same. Just make sure to check the pasta-to-sauce ratio and adjust if necessary to suit your family’s preference. Also, ensure that your cooking vessel is large enough to accommodate the increased volume, or consider using two pans. Happy cooking for the next round!

I just enjoyed this delicious meal with my family. I used ground turkey instead of ground beef. My family loved every bit of this. My daughter wants me to make it every night. Even my picky son loved it. Next time I make it I’m going to double it because everyone, including me, wanted seconds. Should I double all the ingredients?

There can be a variety of reasons why this happened, from the type of cheese you melted to the type of pasta you used. Each recipe depends a lot on the ingredients. But one thing you can do if this happens again, try adding a tsp of cornstarch to your sauce to help it thicken. Let us know how it turns out next time!
