Tonight was my third time making this. We love this recipe! This time I realized I forgot to buy salsa, but I always have Rotel so I threw a can of that in instead, and I also use a whole can of black beans instead of only one cup just because I will never use the leftover handful of beans if I save it, and I hate wasting food. It tasted just as good as always! Love how fast and easy this comes together.
