I just made this dish, I changed my chicken to a Cajun chicken that was already cooked. But this dish was perfect in every way possible. I most definitely will be making this again. My whole family loved it..

Loved this quick, easy & pantry staple recipe. I added both sundried tomatoes and roasted capsicum, and without spinach in the fridge I followed pesto upon serving for some green. Replaced the olive oil with the lovely flavourful oil from the sundried tomatoes

Cook your pasta before you add it – you will thank me later. I’ve made it both ways and it’s so much better this way. Also – wait until just before serving to add the cheese.
