This is the best butter chicken recipe. I used chicken thighs because that’s all I had and it turned out delicious. I highly recommend. 3/4 of my children LOVE it, so it’s a win! THANK YOU!!!!

Yes, you can swap out yogurt for sour cream in butter chicken. Use the same amount of sour cream as you would yogurt. It will give a slightly tangier flavor.
