Very good and simple as a vegan main. I added chia seeds, flax seeds and some crushed nuts for added protein. Thank you!

In reply to Lori. Yes, arrowroot works well as a substitute for cornstarch. It will thicken the sauce just as nicely and give a glossy finish.
