Hi Jo! This recipe is spot on. I don’t live in a big city anymore, and I very much miss Chinese delivery from our favorite neighborhood place. This was always my go to order and you’ve nailed it. Chinese comfort food at its best. I do like to switch my veggies up sometimes, adding boc choy, water chestnuts, straw mushrooms, etc. I also like to throw some crunchy chow mein noodles on top from time to time.
