Add the sliced beef and toss it well, ensuring each piece is covered in the cornstarch slurry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Make the Sauce<\/strong> &#8211; In another bowl whisk together the remaining 1 tbsp of cornstarch with soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and sriracha.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cook the Beef <\/strong>&#8211; Heat 1 tbsp of the olive oil in a large skillet or wok. Add the beef and cook until it&#8217;s almost cooked through, stirring it constantly. Transfer the beef to a plate using a slotted spoon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cook the Broccoli <\/strong>&#8211; Heat the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil in the same skillet, then add the broccoli and onion &#8211; cook, stirring occasionally, for about 4 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Combine<\/strong> &#8211; Return the beef to the skillet and add the prepared sauce, toss everything together. BUT, with that being said &#8211; you absolutely have options when it comes to the beef.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are a few other steaks that will work great for this recipe. Another choice, noodles! Rice noodles, soba, udon, ramen, shanghai noodles, or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jocooks.com\/recipes\/chow-mein\/\">chow mein<\/a> are perfect options to soak up the extra sauce!
