You can use the bone-in breasts with skin as well but they will take a few minutes longer to cook. You want the chicken breasts to be around 1-inch in thickness, otherwise you&#8217;ll have to pound them with a meat mallet. If they are thicker, they will take longer to cook, but you want to cook them around the same time as the green beans and tomatoes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Green Beans <\/strong>&#8211; You&#8217;ll need a pound of green beans, either fresh or frozen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tomatoes<\/strong> &#8211; I love using cherry tomatoes here. Other tomatoes you can use are cocktail tomatoes or even Roma tomatoes cut in half.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Garlic<\/strong> &#8211; Lots of garlic, the more the better, in my opinion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Seasoning<\/strong> &#8211; You&#8217;ll need some <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jocooks.com\/recipes\/italian-seasoning-recipe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Italian seasoning<\/a>, salt and pepper to taste and some red pepper flakes for a bit of heat, which you can omit if you don&#8217;t want any spice. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Balsamic Vinegar<\/strong> &#8211; You&#8217;ll want to use a good quality balsamic vinegar. Balsamic vinegar has a very complex sweetness with notes of figs, molasses, cherry and chocolate. Add the cherry tomatoes and green beans to the baking sheet. Pour the dressing over the chicken and veggies and toss well to combine.
