So when I decided to make this ultimate cheesy chicken spaghetti recipe I knew right away that I wanted to use cream cheese. So I just boiled some spaghetti and then tossed it together with some chicken, cheddar cheese, and a simple sauce made of cream cheese, <a href=\"https:\/\/cravinghomecooked.com\/instant-pot-chicken-stock\/\">chicken broth<\/a>, and heavy cream. But you can also use boneless skinless chicken thighs too if you prefer. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Spaghetti \u2013 <\/strong>I like to use spaghetti for this recipe but you can use any type of pasta you like.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Olive Oil \u2013<\/strong> Used to saut\u00e9 the onion, bell pepper, and garlic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Onion \u2013<\/strong> I like to use yellow onion, but any type of onion will work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bell Peppers \u2013 <\/strong>For the most flavor use both green and red bell peppers.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Garlic \u2013<\/strong> It\u2019s always best to use fresh minced garlic. Jarred minced garlic can sometimes have an odd flavor due to preservatives.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Flour \u2013<\/strong> You just need some all purpose flour to help thicken the sauce.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Red Pepper Flakes \u2013<\/strong> Adds a touch of spice.
