Recipe: Bundt Pan Stuffing

For this recipe, you will need:

1 loaf of crusty French or Italian bread, cubed

2 cups of vegetable stock

1 stick of butter

3 stalks of celery, chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

2-3 tsp minced garlic

4 eggs

1 cube vegetable Maggi

1 tsp poultry seasoning

1 tsp thyme

1 tsp marjoram

2 tsp black pepper

 

 

Steps:

  1. Melt butter in a large pot.
  2. Add onions, garlic, celery, and onion and cook on low-medium heat until tender, about 10 minutes
  3. Turn off the heat and add Maggi, pepper, poultry seasoning, thyme, and marjoram. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Add the bread cubes and toss until well coated with veggies, butter, and seasoning.
  5. Add the vegetable stock and eggs and mix thoroughly.
  6. Pour this mixture carefully into a buttered Bundt pan. Press the bread cubes into the mixture with the back of a spoon.
  7. Bake at 375 F for 50-55 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and let rest for five minutes.
  9. Invert Bundt pan onto serving dish.
  10. Serve immediately!
